Second homes are statistically used for an average of 5 weeks a year – the rest of the year they usually stand empty. Meanwhile, millions of people dream of owning and enjoying a second home.
To solve this problem, we created Primio, a platform aimed at enabling more people to own and enjoy the second home of their dreams. Primio seeks to reduce the financial entry threshold needed to purchase a property and gives people the opportunity to own between 1/8 and 1/2 of a second home, allowing them to stay 45 days to 180 days a year in a luxury vacation home. In addition, Primio fully takes care of the management and maintenance of the home, so owners don’t have to worry about anything.
